WHAT IS A MATCH MAKER?

Match Makers are dedicated monthly donors who help us create life-changing friendships by "matching" children (Littles) with mentors (Bigs). While not everyone has the time to volunteer as a Big Brother or Big Sister, anyone can become a Match Maker and make a significant impact on a child's life.

WHAT DO MATCH MAKERS DO?

Every time Big Brothers Big Sisters of Dane County pairs a child with a mentor, we ignite something incredible: a one-to-one relationship built on trust, friendship, and the potential to transform lives. We call these pairs "Matches." As a Match Maker, your monthly sponsorship supports the formation and growth of these Matches, contributing to a lifetime of friendship, support, and happiness for each child and mentor duo.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Becoming a Match Maker is simple and impactful:

Choose Your Contribution: Select a monthly donation amount that will be automatically and securely deducted from your debit or credit card.
Stay Connected: You'll receive regular updates about the Matches you're supporting, so you can see the difference you're making.

WHY SHOULD I BECOME A MATCH MAKER?

Match Makers often find that when they consider their monthly donation in relation to other expenses, it’s clear that their contribution is making a significant and meaningful difference. By becoming a Match Maker, you’re choosing the simplest and most effective way to positively impact a child’s life, helping them unlock their full potential with the support of a caring mentor.

IMPACT LEVELS:

• $10 per month – RECRUIT: Your donation helps us recruit volunteers from diverse backgrounds, ensuring we find mentors who are ready to make a difference.
• $25 per month – MATCH: Your support helps us make the right Matches, carefully pairing each child with a mentor who can best meet their needs and help them thrive.
• $50 per month – SUPPORT: This level ensures that our team can provide ongoing support to each Match, fostering healthy and enduring relationships.
• $100 per month – SUCCEED: Your contribution helps ensure that every Little can reach their full potential, with a mentor by their side guiding them toward success.
