In partnership with NFL Inspire Change, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Wisconsin is proud to launch The Big Draft - a bold recruitment and marketing campaign to tackle the urgent need for mentors statewide. Running from February through April 2025, The Big Draft aims to recruit new mentors across Wisconsin, with our team here at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Dane County focusing on securing new Bigs in the Madison area to meet the growing demand for mentorship in our community.

Mentorship changes lives. Bigs provide support, guidance, and opportunities to empower young people to achieve their full potential. We need community champions to step up and join the team. Spread the word, become a Big, or help us find others who are ready to make a difference.
